I always viewed crying as therapeutic, but I was not conditioned to the sudden welling up of tears as I played Ronnie Laws's "Stay Awake" tonight. Shallow, isn't it? But maybe, its time for my tear ducts to get some exercise. It felt good afterwards though.

I looked at this photo which was taken a while back and I was impressed at the artistic results of the arrangement of the different veggies that were used to create this.

I hold a lot of dogmas regarding kindness, positive thinking, and affirming oneself and others in order to rake in good karma and get what you want. Life is short, get rid of all negativities.

The Philippine Islands is known for the many feasts and fiestas they celebrate every year.  Many believe that fiestas or feasts are pagan practices of venerating and worshiping nature and their traditional gods and goddesses which got interspersed with the Roman Catholic religion's religious rites and rituals.  Because of the combination of both beliefs, what we can see now are the big feasts that are celebrated in honor of religious figures like the Senor Sto.
