What's the Worst ISP in the Philippines?

Among all the ISP in the Philippines, Globe just gives the worst service.  Since May 14, 2014, I did not have internet connection despite reporting the matter to Globe 5 times.  After the 5th report, which was on May 24, 2014, which was after 10 days already, and by international standards, is way...way...below passable service, I requested that a technician come and see my home Internet cable connection to see why this is happening, but the tech did not come to see what was happening to it at all but instead called at the last hour which is almost 7 pm.  Who does work at that time?  I thought they have found a solution to the problem, but surprise, the tech told me that they could not fix the problem.  Can you believe it? What kind of a tech team is that?  If Globe can't fix the problem, why not come clean and tell their costumers that they should find another ISP, rather than making their customers suffer and be stressed out?

I wonder if there is a lawyer who would support customers who sue giants like Globe for bad service and the agony, stress and torture that they put their customers through.  I can only wish now that all customers that have suffered under the hands of Globe will go find a different ISP and put them out of the job.

I can't help comparing Globe to my previous ISP which was Bayantel.  Now, that ISP is just excellent.  While the entire metropolis was almost floating because of the continuous torrential rains brought by Typhoon Ondoy, my Internet did not falter nor flicker.  I could read the updates from different municipalities as far as water levels in affected areas, evacuation of affected communities, relief services and etc.  I truly, truly just appreciated Bayantel for that excellent service at that crisis.  Bayantel is probably the most stable ISP that I have had the pleasure to subscribe to.

Please don't believe this.  Globe is just out to torture their customers.
