Must Floyd Mayweather Humiliate Manny Pacquiao?

                    The fight that has made everyone, except me probably, excited about will finally happen on May 2 and for sure it will be the first of firsts, especially if Manny Pacquiao will knock Floyd "big-mouth" Mayweather out.  As we all probably know, both boxers have stunning records and have fought against the greatest fighters in the boxing arena.   Manny Pacquiao is  called "the Pambansang Kamao" or "the National Fist" (We Filipinos have a knack for catchy labels) for being the only boxer that fought in 7 different divisions and emerging victorious.  Although Manny suffered some defeats, which for me are quiet negligible, these do not erase the fact that he crossed different divisions and holds the championship belts in these divisions.  It's a clear sign of courage and determination.    Manny Pacquiao just needs somebody challenging enough plus, he is also an entertainer who wants people and fans to enjoy a good fight.   

If my opinion matters or can make any difference at all, I'd rather that Manny does not fight Mayweather.  Unfortunately, it seems that Mayweather is the only  strong opponent that Manny can play against, otherwise, his choices would be amateurs and boxers who will not give him any challenge at all.

Being a makabayan, I should support my boxer, and that is no other than the Pambansang Kamao.  However, I am against the many ridiculous demands from the Mayweather camp for this fight to push through.  Some of the demands are downright ridiculous and aims to humiliate Manny Pacquiao.   Does Mayweather think he is so privileged that he has the right to make fun of Manny?  

I read in one blog that Mayweather does not want Mommy Dionisia within the premises when the fight is going on because he does not want to be hexed, if this is a real demand then I think Mayweather is being overly trivial and ridiculous.  Imagine leaving his fate in the ring to an old woman.  For a supposedly 'great' fighter, Mayweather is not so bright at all.  He is not so bright that he thinks we don't know what he is up to.  Excuses, excuses.  I won't be surprised if his camp is cooking up another demand on the day of the fight itself. 

And because of Mayweather's deficiency in the intelligence department, I can forgive him for the ridiculous demands, except for one, requiring the Pambansang Kamao to have a medical examination like Manny is some ordinary street dude who has no clean record at all.  Treating Manny Pacquiao like a criminal, for crying out loud, is foul and simply just humiliating for me to accept.  And for that, I hope that Manny clobbers Mayweather till Floyd begs for mercy.  Serves him right for treating Manny like XXXX.
