Tofu Afritada for the vegetarians
I am sharing this recipe to those who dont like to eat meat and dislike the greens, too. My sister cooked this when her friend shared this with her and she really appreciated it and decided to try cooking it herself. Ingredients: tofu - buy the packed ones in the grocery stores. You are assured that they are clean and fresh. garlic - if you are fond of them then use more. onions - again, the amount would depend on your preference tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes and cooking oil.
